Ronald Coleman (born May 13, 1964 in Monroe, Louisiana, USA) is an American bodybuilder and an eight-time Mr. Olympia - beating Arnold Schwarzenegger and equalling the record of Lee Haney. He is known mainly as "Ronnie Coleman", and is regarded as the current leading jockey of the sport, and has won the Mr. Olympia contest every year from 1998 to 2005. He used to work as a police officer in Texas, but recently he has given up the job to focus on bodybuilding full time.

He is well-known for his humorous sayings like, "Aint nuttin' but a peanut" and has been widely-applauded for his sense of humor and affection toward his fans. He is also known for his work ethic and intense dedication to the sport of bodybuilding. He is one of the strongest bodybuilders on the professional circuit, being able to deadlift over 800 lb (363 kg) and squat nearly 900 lb (408 kg). These poundages are unofficial and are disputed.

  • The Unbeliveable features Coleman's day-to-day activities in preparation for the 2000 Mr. Olympia competition. This video also includes some impressive lifts just over five weeks before the competition, where Coleman is in a weakened state due to losing excess weight.
  • The Cost of Redemption features Ronnie's 800 lb (363 kg) squats, 2250 lb (1021 kg) leg press, 495 lb (225 kg) bench press and 75 lb (34 kg) arm curls.
