Baby Steps

Increased the weights a bit after a couple of weeks:

  • Squats: 6x25
  • Bench press: 8x10
  • Barbell curls: 8x10

I tried jumping up from 20 to 30 on squats. Too soon. 😆 I'm such a girlyman.
